Riyale uses anonymous aggregate website and engagement information to understand interest in the platform, and contact details only when you ask for a demonstration. Essential security cookies may be used when a form or workspace needs them; they are not advertising trackers.
Aggregate website traffic
We count page views by day, page, referral source, campaign tags, device category and approximate country when our hosting provider makes it available. The results are stored only as totals; we do not store IP addresses, cookies, visitor identifiers or session identifiers for website analytics.
Aggregate website engagement
We count interactions with key demonstration and product links, form starts, form submissions and successful requests by day, page, approximate country and device category. The results are stored only as totals and cannot be connected to an individual visitor.
Demo requests
Your name, company, work email, phone number, business type and supplied location are collected only when you submit the request form. We use them to contact you about Riyale and plan a relevant demonstration.
Cookieless measurement
Anonymous traffic measurement runs when a public page loads. It does not create a tracking cookie or build a profile of an individual visitor. Essential framework cookies used for security, form protection or an authenticated workspace are separate from this measurement and are not used for advertising.
Retention and access
Aggregate website traffic and engagement are retained for up to 13 months and are visible only in the Riyale super-admin console. Demo requests are retained while the enquiry or resulting customer relationship is active and as required for legitimate business records.
